Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our items we sell, all sales are final.

Please inspect your order upon arrival for any missing or damaged items. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Should it be necessary to return an item due to damage, you may return it for an exchange.
To return an item you must call our Customer Service Dept. within 48 hours of receiving your order for prior approval. No returns will be accepted without obtaining an RMA number. For your protection we recommend that you return all items via a traceable method. Party Brights is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If you have an International credit card please checkout with PayPal. Our system does not accept International credit cards.

All orders over $149 ship free. Orders shipped with our Free Shipping Promotion may ship with UPS Ground, FedEX Ground or USPS. There is a $2.50 Handling Fee on all orders. Free shipping valid within the 48 contiguous US states. We reserve the right to ship with either FedEx or USPS for the customers advantage. E-Riser Centerpiece and Multicolor Programmable Light Base does not qualify for free shipping.

You may order online for orders shipped within the United States of America. (All shipping charges are calculated automatically by our Shopping Cart). If delivery on a shipment is refused, costs incurred by us to retrieve and restock the goods will be recouped out of the purchase payment.

All international orders may incur additional taxes and duties which is the responsibility of the recipient. Party Brights will not be held responsible for those fees.

For volume sales in or outside of the United States, please contact us at 845-573-0929 so that we may help you. For International Orders, we accept payment via Wire Transfer or PayPal.

Most items are in stock. Occasionally an item could be back ordered. In that case you will be emailed or called to see how you would like us to proceed. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Please see map below for standard ground shipping time.

Express deliveries must be received by 1:00 PM EST to ship same day. Please keep in mind, Express deliveries do not ship on weekends and holidays.

We ship to the address you specify when you place your order. If you give us the wrong shipping address or if you ask FedEX/UPS to drop off your package at a different address while your package is in transit, you will be charged a $10.00 handling charge that FedEx/UPS charges us.
