Please inspect your order upon arrival for any missing or damaged items. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Should it be necessary to return an item due to damage, you may return it for an exchange.
To return an item you must call our Customer Service Dept. within 48 hours of receiving your order for prior approval. No returns will be accepted without obtaining an RMA number. For your protection we recommend that you return all items via a traceable method. Party Brights is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
